Visibility & names determines which boxes you see on your Process forms. You have the ability to rename, hide, or show the boxes that appear on the page.
Top Menu >> Setup >> Select a Process
From the processes setup page, click Visibility & names.
You can rename the boxes and/or use the radio buttons to Show or Hide any of the boxes.
