The Search function will allow you to search for specific values across all your forms in the process.
Top Menu >> Processes >> Search
In the process you want to search, click Search at the top of the page.
In the search menu that pops up, you will have a drop down box. In this drop down box you can limit the fields used in the search. For example you can select Everything that will search all fields, the form numbers, or specific fields. By default Everything is selected.
With the field to search selected enter the value you are looking for and click Search
This will take you to a list screen with the forms that match that criteria. you can click on the Form number to open the details.
Note: If only one form matches the criteria then RPM will automatically open the form details for you.
