When viewing either built-in, shared, or private views in a process, the Reports menu has various options that can be helpful to quickly total money columns or see actions.
- Actions: Show all actions for the view.
- Views: Show all views currently made for the process
- Column totals: Totals money columns in view.
- Column totals by month: Totals money columns in view using the first date column as a starting point to calculate the month totals.
- Column totals by quarter: Totals money columns in view using the first date column as a starting point to calculate the quarterly totals.
- Summary: Summarizes data of fields in the process.
- Table field sums: Sums up data in table fields.
- Commitments: Shows commitments of staff users.
- Commitments to other processes: Shows commitments to other processes.
