Rep

A rep sells supplier products to customers for agencies. A rep can be an employee of an agency or a subagent of your company. The difference has no effect on commissions, but is tracked in RPM for information purposes.

Reps can only belong to one agency. An agent user can be both a rep and an agency manager if required.
