The More button drop down menu on a process form has a variety of handy options.
- Archive: Allows archiving the currently open form.
- Trash: Will move the currently open form to the trash bin
- History: Shows the history details for the form.
- Archived fields: Shows a list of archived fields for the template.
- Special edit: Special edit ignores all field security rules and field groups. Only available to users with process design privileges and should not be used for routine editing.
- Force a trigger: Cause any valid action trigger/status trigger to fire.
- Evaluate: Run an evaluate on the current form
- + Add myself: Add yourself as a participant to the form
- Setup: Access the setup menu for the host process of the form
