You can add a Money field when the you want the data to be formatted as dollar amounts. Money field can be used to store data such as MRC, NRC, or SPIFFs.
To add a Money field, drag and drop the field into the desired position.
Enter the name of the Money field into the Field text box and then select the Format for the displayed value. You also have the option choose to Enforce value range to set a min and/or max dollar amount that a user can enter into the field.
