Effect: All RPM Telco subscribers.

Cause: RPM Telco was down for 20 minutes this morning. Performance degradation started shortly after 7:00AM MDT and by 7:18AM the system was unusable. Regular system performance was restored by 7:38 AM. A network issue at our hosting provider disrupted the ability of our servers to communicate with each other.

We are continuing to investigate the problem to determine a cause and implement measures to prevent it from happening again.
