When you use the deposit feature, a warning will tell you if the amount added as a deposit is not matching the Gross commissions imported for that supplier.
Any differences should be tracked down by the staff users and accounted for with the supplier adjustments.
The Difference column shows you the amount you got either under or overpaid.
