Event Calendar (Outlook) Integration

Utilizing the RPM to Web Calendar Events enhancement and an Events process integrate a shared Outlook calendar to socialize upcoming events to all employees.

The events process can include logic that defines which or when forms are synced with the calendar. For example, a yes/no field can be used and a Yes value used as the trigger for the creation of a calendar event. This way you can edit the form and when all information is complete, have a condition to send the event for social consumption. 

Other fields from the events process that can be displayed in the calendar event are: 

• Name of Event
• Description of Event
• Event Location - City
• Start Date & Time
• End Date & Time

If desired calendar events can also be categorized by color.
