Top menu >> Setup >> Email notification
To turn on email notification for your subscription you have to go to the settings.
Click Email notification from the Setup page.
Click Settings
Email notification: Select On
Default for new processes section: you can choose for each user type if you want them to receive email notifications and define who can watch a form.
Click OK when done.
