It could be that your IE is running in what they call "Compatibility view".
Click the little blue icon in the address bar that looks like a tiny torn piece of paper and it should work (http://goo.gl/RyZlPq).
If the torn piece of paper icon is not showing you can also check if you have any websites added to Compatibility View by clicking on the wheel icon top right of your browser and click Compatibility View Settings.
Click on the website that is added to Compatibility view and Remove.
