When a Supplier is no longer commissioning and you would like to remove them from the active Supplier view. You can archive the Supplier to preserve the Supplier information.
Note: If a Supplier has no commission history. You can delete them outright.
Top Menu >> Suppliers
In the Supplier you want to archived click on the More menu. In this menu, select Archive.
Once archived, you will be brought back to the Supplier page.
