Products are typically created when you import your commission items into RPM. Adding a product manually allows you to customize your imported items and you can be more specific on the products that are being sold.
Top menu >> Select a Supplier >> Products >> +Add a product
In the Add a product page, you can name the product to reflect the service. You can then assign the product to a commission group.
Click OK to save your new product.
