The primary purpose of commission groups in RPM is to be used for commission calculation and to be able to separate out commission for different Products.
From the schedules page click +Add a commission group
Enter the name of the commission group
You can then enter in a Gross rate (what you receive) and a sales rate (what you payout). However, we recommend leaving these blank.
Tiers: Use tiers if there is more than one way this group can pay commissions.
