Agency Staff Assignment Shared Fields

This feature allows you to:

• set specific staff users as owners of forms created by agent users;
• assign and notify staff users about forms created by agents;
• add staff assignment fields as shared fields in a process to provide greater visibility for your agents by displaying which staff user is assigned to a form or responsible for follow-up or action item.
